Mark Palmer attended the University of Southern California School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1983. While at U.S.C., he was a member of the Moot Court competition. As an undergraduate, he attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1980.
Mr. Palmer has been a private attorney since 1984. He has operated his own firm, the Law Office of Mark B. Palmer, since 1994.
Mr. Palmer represents clients throughout Los Angeles County. He represents individuals as well as businesses at both the trial court and appellate (appeals) court levels.
